Pep talks

My husband showed me this video today. More than it just being funny, it made me smile and appreciate what good things can be done with media these days. This is just one way to get a good message across to people in a fast yet meaningful way.

I remember a while back watching the Kony video and what effect that had on me. Now I don't know all the details about that particular campaign, but the important thing was that it inspired me to think outside my own problems and think of how many people in this world are worse off than I am. It makes me appreciate what I have. Because it is a lot!

I commend all the creative people out there who can make a great video like this with the intent to make a difference in the world. Post, share, tweet, pin and blog on.

    Haha my sister just showed this to me the other day! The kid is so funny! And yeah, I was impressed that it had a really good message.

    I love this video!! After seeing it for the first time, I shared it with several loved ones. Like you said, it's funny, but there's a really good message to be learned as well! I say,"keep it up, Kid President!" :)
